2016 Season Complete for Auto Value Bumper to Bumper Super Sprints, Aaron Pierce Earns Back-to-Back Championships

CASSOPOLIS, Mich.  (October 4, 2016) – The 2016 season for the Auto Value Bumper to Bumper Super Sprints presented by Royal Purple Synthetic Oil is complete. Aaron Pierce earned his second consecutive series championship, becoming the fourth driver in the 21-year history of the series to win consecutive championships.

Pierce’s path to his 2016 title included two feature wins at Auto City Speedway and Spartan Speedway He also scored three fast times along with four top-five finishes and five top 10s.

Six-time series champion Jason Blonde finished in second spot with three top fives. Tom Paterson placed third with three top 10’s with Tom Geren and two-time feature winner Bobby Santos Jr. rounding out the top five.

Series officials are working on the 2017 schedule for the Auto Value Bumper to Bumper Super Sprints presented by Royal Purple Synthetic Oil.
